Cadogan Hall, SW1X 9DQ , [Venue Details]

Join us for a special Ronnie Scott’s takeover of Cadogan Hall as part of Chelsea Arts Festival. Ashton Jones is one of the UK’s most exciting funk, soul vocalists and songwriters, rapidly becoming known for his vibrant and dynamic live performances.

Friday,
19 Sep 2025
@7.00pm

Having performed to audiences including the London Palladium, Royal Albert Hall and Ronnie Scott’s, Jones has cemented his reputation as one of the brightest, most in-demand performers and recording artists in the UK. He combines funk, soul, and jazz with signature style, and delivers a sound that is authentic and hard-hitting.

Expect to hear a set that blends his acclaimed original work (The Ashton Jones Project) with reimagined funk and soul classics and, with a 10-piece band featuring the UK’s most talented players, expect outstanding musicianship, razor-sharp horns, and an effortlessly tight rhythm section with serious groove.

With influences including James Brown, Earth Wind & Fire, Rick James and Prince, and a throwback style rarely seen on this side of the Atlantic, Ashton delivers soulful melodies, gritty funk, and sparks of falsetto with an audience-captivating brand of energy, flair and musicianship.

This event supports The Nucleo Project, Cadogan Hall’s chosen charity, dedicated to empowering young people through collective music-making. The price includes a £3 charitable donation to Nucleo.
